Objective
Supplay, a staffing agency with 184 branches in France serving over 15,000 clients across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, transport, construction, and services, aims to enhance its service offering by optimizing the onboarding process for new hires in client companies.
To support one of its automotive clients, a subsidiary of the international industrial group operating in a highly competitive job market, Supplay sought to implement an innovative approach encompassing sourcing and on-the-job training for new hires.
